July 14, 2006 Tryouts for Soulwind/star and Cinderfoot/star are now open, and this site is open to anyone who feels the need to join. No, it is not finished yet, but getting there. All the main information is up, and there for we are ready to get some members. Please message me to tryout, and state which character you would like, and don't forget the code words found in the important reads. In this tryout, you will need to include a roleplay sample for the character you are after, no recyled posts, and it MUST fit the personality and description in the main story. Long ago, two Clans existed and lived side by side in the Akline woods; TigerClan and LionClan. The two Clans lived peacefully, and lay down a code in which all had to follow. This code told of the laws of being a warrior within a Clan, and with these laws, they were able to live many generations out. However, not all peace is maintained. The Clans broke out in war, ending in their death only for the lead of Akline.
A few generations past, and the two Clans decided upon one thing: four new Clans must be made to keep the woods in balance; like the four seasons, the four phases of the day. Peace must be restored. Half of each Clan broke of; now creating the four they called for; ThunderClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan and WindClan. They set down yet more laws of the forest, and turned off to find their own territories to call home. Boundries were marked, and as it was, peace was maintained for many years. These new Clans honored the code, and their own warrior ansestors, whom they refered to as StarClan of the night. Every full moon, the Clans gathered and spoke of news within their own Clans, and all was fine. All was going along, and working fine, until terror struck and the Clans were destoryed. Few survived the terrible storms and draughts, and escaped into the city, living as mere city cats. This was the end of cat life within Akline.

Highstones The Highstones have existed for as long as anyone can remember, and have played host to the warrior ansestor known as StarClan. Even after their ansestors turned, the survivors have kept the stories alive, even today which is how the new Clans returned. Here, they visit when they need to speak with their ansestors in peace, and leaders and healers gather for dreams of the upcoming events. It is the same as it always was.
Barley's Farm Barley was an old friend of the Clans once upon a time, before StarClan turned rouge. The tom is now long dead, but another loner is still living, as an old tom, Ravenpaw dwells. Another friend of the past. Moderator: xx. f i r e of the s k y

: Clans of Akline
Clan of Infurno StarClan sent terrible times the forest had yet to see, years ago, many long years. The territory is still intact, somewhat, and full after recovering from the fire sent when Firestar was still a young warrior. When the weather struck, it struck with forces of lightning and thunder, destroying the camp and creating large crater like holes in the terrain. The ground still lies scared and burnt from the storm, but has been replenishing as the years of inhabitation passed.
Clan of Prominence Just as every other Clan suffered its share, ShadowClan was sent into darkness. With the deprival of light, the cats died, though one left and made way for the city streets. The lack of sunlight caused all plants and sources of prey to die out, and in the end, stood empty, full of decaying wastes. It still lies as it had once, appart from the dead matter, and with some clean up, it shall be what it once had been. There still is a large lack of prey, though hopefully in the near future it was appear once more and feed the new Clan.
Clan of Tributary 'And the Stars announced let the be rain!' And there was rain, for many moons. RiverClan's territory eventually flooded with the swelling of the great river they were named from. The cats all left, though a few were seprated and made their way towards the city streets and twoleg place. The others went else where, and weren't heard of since then. The flood hasn't gone down from the years ago it begun, and there for many small and large islands dot the land known as Tributary's. The only known prey stands as the fish the past Clan was known for excelling in the hunt, but nothing more. The water serves as both an advantage and disadvantage to the Clan, one up side being protection. But the Clan must be made of strong swimmers, and only strong swimmers to survive; kits mustn't wander.
Clan of Zephyr Terrible winds struck the lands of WindClan, and uprooted the trees, and threw the rocks they called home. The cats fled, unless already handled by the strong winds; stuck under boulders or thorwn into trees. Few cats managed to escape without much danage done, but it was over. No trees bloke the territory of the harsh winds that blow, no more, and nothing is left to guard and protect the central zone, the camp. Boulders that had been eroded were built into the proper dens, but it has never been the same as it was. Little prey appart from the rabbits WindClan had been known for stuck when the foilage was uprooted and destroyed, but enough. What little hope the Clan had held is gone like every others. Rebuilding the Clans was nothing they had expected.
Developments The twoleggers have been known to live in large dens around the woods. In the city, they are much larger and gather in larger numbers known as developments in the Twoleg world. Moderator: xx. f i r e of the s k y
